Since the incident, his family has been desperately seeking answers, yet the police continue to refuse to register an FIR, denying even the most basic legal recourse. This silence and inaction further expose how enforced disappearance remains a tool of oppression, used with impunity while families are left in anguish and uncertainty. Every delay deepens the injustice and normalizes illegality.
