AFC SEL 8-2 AMR
Big win for the boys which was thoroughly deserved. Played some cracking football lately but results not truly reflected this.
Credit to oppo who pushed us till the end 🤝

Into the hat for the next round 🤝🏻
Credit to the oppo who stayed in the game, and nearly nicked it at the end. Lads dug in and got the winner late on.
Very different game to last weekend!!! MOTM - JDH

Crazy game today, hats off to the oppo for getting back into it and massive credit to their keeper who got them a point.
Lots of positives for us to take, but really should’ve seen the game out at 5-2 up.
Not having a keeper is killing us atm!

⚽️ Hard coming back from two down, but felt like we deserved more. Not clinical in the final third
⚽️ 16 mins of added time thanks to constant time wasting from oppo 👍🏻

Bad day at the office. Controlled the game for first 25mins, but a missed pen and a sin bin killed us as the oppo scored whilst we were down to 10.

Tough one for the boys, but positives to take. Didn’t take our chances and credit to the oppo, they took theirs!
Didn’t do enough to win, a draw probably a fair result.
Players coming back from injury soon, we’ll get better!

Poor start from us, not helped by being keeperless. Oppo were good value for their win, and after a poor opening 25mins was always gonna be hard getting back into the game.
Missed big chances at key moments, and deserved to lose.

Pre season done. Tough with availability and injuries but finished with a win and a clean sheet today.
Good luck for the season to all of our opponents we’ve played over the past few weeks, roll on next Sunday!

AFC SEL 0-3 Hartford Athletic
Let down by a couple players on the day, including our keeper, and suffered an injury in the first minute of the game.
Played most the game with 9 men, and last 15 mins with 8 men.
Boys battled well, miracle we kept it to 3-0

⚽️ Battled to a respectable score line after going 4-0 down in the first half. The 12 men that played put in a good shift. A result is coming!
