Whether on earth for 60 years or 60 seconds, every human being's life has a unique purpose.

"Be bound to one another by the bonds of charity, treating each other with respect, helping one another, bearing with each other in Christ Jesus: if you really try to live like this, there is no doubt that the Lord, our God, will be in your midst."
St. Angela Merici
During Down Syndrome Awareness Month, we must remember that death should never be the answer to a prenatal Down syndrome diagnosis and that every child deserves to be celebrated.

One thing is for sure: One ill-informed Catholic is one too many. It truly is a matter of protecting human beings, not destroying them.

Cardinal O'Connor: I'll battle abortion until my dying day.

Every single moment of life is precious. Let us accompany the sick and the elderly with love, compassion, and hope, for in so doing, we counter the culture of death and acknowledge the dignity inherent in all.

A D&C for miscarriage care is NOT the same as a D&C abortion.
Abortion intentionally kills a living child. Miscarriage care removes the remains of a child who has already died.
We must stop this misinformation and end the murder of preborn children.
Raised Catholic, I was taught abortion was wrong in all circumstances. I became a single-issue voter.
Years later my first pregnancy ended tragically. At 12 weeks there was no heartbeat.
They scheduled a D&C. I was sobbing so hard during the procedure that they stopped and brought my husband in to calm me before trying again. That’s the same procedure used for abortion.
Since Roe fell, women in many states have been denied or delayed that care while doctors fear prosecution.
Abortion saved my life. It allowed me to go on and have three successful pregnancies.
I would never take life-saving care from a woman and her doctor. But if a woman’s faith precludes her from this, I respect her decision. That’s her choice for herself.
Changing your mind isn’t weakness. It’s strength.

During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, make sure you know the dangers that reside in hormonal birth control.
With the vast majority of abortions now being done via the abortion pill, it’s imperative that women know the stark reality of what these pills do to them and to their babies.

There are many saints who lived with disabilities or illnesses, but they didn't allow their limitations to stop them from serving God. Though they suffered greatly because of physical problems, they persisted in helping others.

A nation willing to kill its preborn children should not be surprised when it kills its born children.
