Teammates from Crimson Cliffs High School 1 year ago to today! so proud of them and realizing Life is not about them but about serving others. We miss our twins @AlofipoMaddux @AlofipoMalakai but nothing better than watching them grow from boy to man! ❤️ #LDSmissionaries

Loved talking with Coach Wayne! We've had a bunch of coaches on the show the last few weeks and it's super clear that the kids are in good hands. Some great men leading these high school programs throughout the state.

'Football isn't life, but life is a lot like football.'
When the final horn goes off tomorrow night, with it will be a lot of heartache for teams and players who's seasons will come to an end.
The quote above comes from Coach Alofipo from Crimson Cliffs when he joined us last Friday on our Tailgate Show and he spoke to what this game can mean for all of the young men who play the game but more importantly what it teaches them about life especially for those who may never play another snap of football after tomorrow night.
Coach Alofipo is truly one of the great men and ambassadors of the game and the State of Utah is so lucky to have him and so many other incredible coaches and mentors who are using this game to make great football players and even better people.
Please take a few minutes to listen to his words and remember that win or lose tomorrow, being a good person, friend, teammate, and role model is always the winning formula for life!

A testament to the hard work, sacrifice, commitment, and belief of every young man who has worn the Crimson Cliffs uniform. Different teams
Different players
Different challenges.
But the same standard.
Titan our 14 year old freshman with the one handed snag for a tuddy! #CrimsonCliffs

It's probably a good thing that when Crimson Cliffs travels north they take a bus to get there, because we doubt they would get past TSA with the defense they are packing!
The Mustangs used an outstanding defensive effort against Brighton last night to pick up the win and if they keep playing at this high of level, it won't be the last trip north they make this season!

Was not ready for Eric Church to deliver the best commencement speech I’ve ever heard.
Six guitar strings. Six pillars of a life.
Faith. Family. Spouse. Ambition. Community. You.
Tune them when you’re whole, not just when you’re broken.
Watch the whole thing.
