Fun fact about Dolly Parton: She earned well over a billion dollars in her lifetime but was never a billionaire due to her extensive philanthropy. She consistently gave away massive portions of her wealth throughout her life.
Dolly funded the Imagination Library, sent musical instruments and uniforms to band departments in schools throughout the South, helped fund COVID vaccine research, and donated millions to natural disasters.
She was a constant LGBT supporter, and she believed that black lives mattered. She supported the trans population. She just loved everyone and she made sure we knew it.
She was a Christian. Instead of using her Christianity to judge, she used it as Jesus did, to love her neighbor. She didn’t hoard her money; she used it to help people wherever and whenever she could. That’s why there’s such an outpouring of love.
Be like Dolly.

The Trump administration is rounding up federally protected wild horses and selling them for as little as $25 through a legal loophole that strips away their protections and can send them into the slaughter pipeline.
Project 2025 explicitly called for giving the government authority to “dispose” of wild horses this way. And as of May 2026, more than 58,000 wild horses remain in federal holding.
In 2025, the Bureau of Land Management more than doubled the number of wild horses it sold, to roughly 3,700. Some of those horses later turned up at auctions frequented by slaughter buyers.

There have been 3000 cases of the measles this year and growing. While RFKJr tries to ban vaccines, 90% of the cases are unvaccinated people. That's crazy. Two doses of the MMR vaccine is 97% effective in preventing measles.
Why has science all of a sudden taken a back seat to a guy who has zero medical training, whose only knowledge is of sticking a heroine needle in his arm and snorting cocaine off a toilet seat?
