In order to make repairs to a satellite, our robot needs to attach itself firmly to the satelitte & this attachment is extremely difficult because satellites aren’t built to be docked - The technology developed will be part of our 2nd space mission launching in 2025! (2/3)

There are very expensive #satellites in #space that cost hundreds of millions of dollars to build & another couple million to #launch. These satellites are built to last approx 15 years, but sometimes a small component malfunctions. They are then abandoned, becoming #spacejunk 🛰️

We love working with students as sometimes, they don't know how difficult/impossible a task might be, and they use creative ways to solve these problems It is important that companies give students the opportunity to grow and flourish in an industry that needs creative thinking.

Twice a year, we run an AI & Robotics Bootcamp. The 4-week program, run by our engineers , is open to everyone. We use the bootcamp to train bright individuals with the state-of-the-art #AI and Robotics #technology we use at #ANT61.
