Exchanges hold coins for their customers, so Sun is the largest single person.
That matters. In Aug 2023, ex-PEPE team wallets sent 3.8% of supply to exchanges and PEPE dropped ~16% in a day.
Sun's bag is already three-quarters of that size.
For now, he's pulling coins off exchanges, not sending them in.
