Thank you @AGJamesUthmeier! They need to be held accountable.
First Street’s climate risk scores on Zillow, Redfin & Realtor.com are presented as accurate and scientific. They’re not.
We are taking them to court because Florida homeowners deserve facts, not alarmist scores that hit their property values and their wallets.
A wolf attacks your cattle, your horse, or even your family dog, and federal protections can leave you POWERLESS to stop it.
Hunters for Hunters board member Steve Porter explains on the @NorthAmericaAG podcast, the reality facing Minnesota landowners, who are being forced to watch their animals suffer while their hands are tied by Washington.
Ranchers should NOT have to stand helplessly by while their livelihoods are threatened.
It's time to return wolf management to the states and give landowners the protection they deserve.
Well done! @alex_fasulo
The entire process has been chaos. Rushed timelines. No accountability. No due process for landowners. Estimated $10 billion in "uncompensated" property value. Utility bills go up. Grid reliability goes down. Failure to justify that these massive transmission lines will solve the problem. And approved routes that will destroy some of Texas beloved rivers. @MQSullivan @RobbyMontoya let's hope our state leaders wake up.
Well, what do you know… It seems the @PUCTX commissioners may not want to follow the Lottery Commission down the path to oblivion after all.
Danville, Illinois, threatened to destroy an award-winning garden and send the owners the bill.
The problem? State law protects their right to grow it.After the Institute for Justice stepped in, the city backed down.
A small garden, but a big victory for property rights.
Need to know👇
If you’ve been following along with me on here, you know that fires occur at solar complexes weekly across New York State.
Not yearly. Weekly.
When one happened this past summer in a few towns over from mine, the fire department was not allowed inside the complex until a “solar rep” arrived.
The firemen had to wait 2 hours to enter the complex.
And they want to build these monstrosities next to our schools.
Since solar complexes are never “off” once they start generating power, the firemen risk being electrocuted when entering the complex.
Even better… for massive ORES solar complexes, the foreign corporations negotiate PILOTs (Payments in lieu of of taxes) with the local IDAs.
I’ve spoken to firemen locally who tell me the tax revenue they used to receive from that land is removed from their tax roll.
This is a violent attack on our rural way of life… and our safety.
This solar fire was reported yesterday, October 11th, in Elba, New York.

Things scarier than Halloween? Watching the state approve massive transmission lines through private property despite widespread opposition.
The Public Utility Commission of Texas recently approved the first of three proposed 765 kV transmission lines, despite objections from landowners, lawmakers, and property rights advocates.
American Stewards of Liberty has intervened in all five segments of the project and plans to appeal the latest decision.
For Texas landowners, the fight is far from over.
Rep. Paul Gosar has introduced the LANDs Act to limit a president’s ability to lock up vast areas of federal land without congressional approval.
The bill would require Congress to approve land withdrawals exceeding 5,000 acres while strengthening protections for private property and state water rights.
ASL Executive Director Margaret Byfield supports the effort, making one thing clear: Decisions affecting millions of acres and rural communities should NOT be made by one person in Washington.
Should one president have the power to restrict millions of acres of public land without congressional approval?
Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar has introduced the LANDs Act, legislation aimed at limiting unilateral presidential authority over federal land designations.
The bill would require congressional approval for federal land withdrawals exceeding 5,000 acres, giving elected representatives a greater say in decisions that impact ranchers, landowners, rural communities, and local economies.
American Stewards of Liberty supports the legislation as a step toward protecting private property rights, preserving state authority, and bringing accountability back to federal land management.
Decisions affecting millions of acres of American land deserve more than one signature.
At 87 years old, Arizona rancher Jim Chilton is STILL fighting for his land and his way of life.
For decades, the fifth-generation rancher has battled environmental groups, defended his grazing rights with science and even won a $600,000 defamation judgment after false claims were made about his ranch.
Now, after another major court victory protecting continued grazing, Chilton is pushing the Trump administration to finish a fight he helped start years ago: delist the western yellow-billed cuckoo.
“I’m 87, and I’ve got 25 more years.”
A BIG win for landowners in Upstate New York.
After years of resistance from local governments, residents and the Amish farming community, the developer behind the proposed 300-megawatt Flat Creek Solar project has moved to give up its state permit.
The state approved the project despite local opposition and legal challenges. Now, if the developer ever wants to bring it back, it would have to start the application process from scratch.
This is what happens when communities refuse to give up the fight.
North Carolina DOT offered a property owner $41,400 after taking part of its land for a highway project.
The owner fought back. A jury determined the property taken and damaged was worth $433,000, nearly TEN TIMES the state’s original offer.
Now the state is fighting against reimbursing the owner for the costs it took to prove the government wrong.
The question at the center of the case: If the government takes your property, shouldn’t “just compensation” actually make you whole?
An Idaho family has farmed the same land since 1950. Now, they say the state’s water restrictions are pushing their farm toward bankruptcy.
Jerry and Valerie Bingham hold some of the region’s senior water rights, yet they say the state cut off nearly all of their groundwater while allowing junior users participating in approved mitigation plans to keep pumping.
After losing an estimated $688,000 in crop revenue over two years, the Binghams are fighting back in court.
Their argument is simple: Water rights are PROPERTY RIGHTS, and the government cannot take them without just compensation.
🚨UPDATE: A Washington appeals court has PAUSED the state’s case against ranchers Wade and Teresa King.
Here’s how they got here:
→ The Kings clean out stockwater ponds on their multigenerational ranch.
→ Washington’s Department of Ecology says the work damaged protected wetlands.
→ The state imposes a $267,540 penalty, with estimated compliance costs exceeding $3.7 MILLION.
→ The Kings challenge being forced to fight those penalties before an administrative board with NO jury.
NOW: The appeals court has halted that proceeding while the Kings’ fight for a jury trial continues.
Huge win.
Huge shoutout to @PacificLegal for helping work on this!
Tom Uttech was facing a transmission line across the 52 acres of Wisconsin land that have inspired his paintings for decades.
He didn’t wait for the bulldozers. Uttech and the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty challenged whether eminent domain could be used to take his property for a transmission project built to serve a privately owned data center.
Now ATC has refiled its proposed routes, and Uttech’s property is no longer among them.
His land was never taken. His fight shows other landowners why challenging these projects EARLY can matter.
Wisconsin artist Tom Uttech was facing a transmission line through his 52-acre property to help serve a massive privately owned data center.
Instead of accepting it, Uttech fought back, challenging whether private land could be taken for a project benefiting a private company.
The case never reached court. The transmission company refiled its route, and Uttech’s property was no longer on it.
No land was taken. And now his fight could serve as a playbook for other landowners.
Warriors! @alex_fasulo and @SecRollins 👊
Upstaters owe a lot to @SecRollins who has done more to try and liberate our communities from ORES than our own paid-off governor has.
The Flat Creek Solar permit relinquishment is proof that these foreign corporations and Albany bureaucrats CAN be beat.
Keep the pressure on!
Well done @SecRollins!
A massive 300-MW solar project that threatened productive farmland in Montgomery County, New York, has been stopped.
@GovKathyHochul’s administration approved Flat Creek Solar DESPITE fierce opposition from farmers and a historic Amish farming community. But local residents fought back and WON — and now the developer has surrendered its permit.
America should never be forced to sacrifice its most productive farmland to satisfy a radical energy agenda.
@USDA will continue standing with American farmers, protecting the land that feeds our nation, and ensuring rural communities have a voice when their future is on the line.
Governor Hochul should listen to New York’s farmers, not steamroll them.
