He attended Chiefs camp as a tryout player alongside 75+ players, earned a contract, made the 53-man roster, started Week 1—and balled out against Denver’s vaunted defense. Per @NextGenStats, Benson allowed the fewest pressures among all rookie OTs in Week 1, which includes 3 first-round picks.
