.@JamesTalarico: Every man at some point in his life is going to lose a battle — but what makes him a man is that in the midst of that battle, he doesn’t lose himself.
This is the last play of the last drive. This is the moment we leave it all on the field.
We are the underdogs. It’s David versus Goliath. It’s the powers that be versus the powers that ought to be, and it’s time for us to start flipping over some tables. Because, as every Texan knows: clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose.

Under Greg Abbott’s leadership, more than 170 Texas public schools have closed in the last three years alone.
For the sake of our children, Greg Abbott needs to go.

Ed Emmett, former Republican House member and Harris County Judge, is angry with what has happened to the Party in Texas. He encourages Republican voters not to vote a straight ticket, especially at the top. He says “After spending my adult life helping to build the Republican Party in Texas and Harris County, working alongside candidates, officeholders and armies of volunteers, I am disgusted by the self-inflicted damage being done to my party. This damage is not only hurting our candidates during this election cycle, but is undermining our next generation of voters.
This damage is being done by candidates for major offices who refuse to address the issues of importance to voters and don't even have the courage to engage in debate with opponents. This sort of candidate is an embarrassment.”

You wanna know why billionaire mega-donors are spending $200 million against me?
Because I don’t take their corporate PAC money — and I never will.
I don’t work for them. I work for you.

Thomas J. Henry spent over $600,000 supporting Ken Paxton in the primary, but has announced he’s changed his mind and voted for James Talarico instead.
Ken Paxton is so corrupt even his biggest supporters can’t bring themselves to vote for him.

Greg Abbott put his donors first with his data center madness and a voucher scam that hurts Texas schools.
As governor, I’ll put Texans first, save our public schools, put money in your pocket, and secure the American Dream.

WOAH: A Republican County Commissioner just exposed Greg Abbott’s lies about property taxes in a new Dallas Morning News op-ed:
“At some point, Texans should ask why so many of the governor’s solutions seem to arrive when his name is on the ballot.
If the property tax system is broken, he’s had 12 years and Republican majorities in the legislature to fix it.”

The Austin American-Statesman has endorsed Gina Hinojosa over Greg Abbott. Over the last few years Abbott has become a mini me of President Trump. He has used his pulpit to demagogue against Muslims. He spent many billions on border security with no bid contracts. He is using his position to denigrate public schools instead of building them up. He has become a puppet of the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
Before this year very few Texans had heard of Gina Hinojosa. At the start of the year no one gave her a chance against Greg Abbott. She does not flinch when she is slandered by the Abbott campaign. She would be a bright light advocating for quality public schools.

KNOCKOUT AD for Hinojosa. Tim Buchanan coached the Aledo Bearcats to 8 state football championships. He is perhaps the most celebrated high school coach in Texas. He voted for Abbott 3 times but he is supporting Hinojosa because Abbott is wrecking public schools.
