AVB

Wendy and Amanda spent a few days in Orlando last week for Procore Groundbreak 2026! They learned more about what’s new with Procore and the latest technology being used in construction. We’re glad they could attend and bring some new ideas back to AVB!

A little friendly competition made for a fun day at MiCareerQuest Southwest 2026! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ Students stopped by our booth to race against the clock and see how quickly they could put on their PPE the right way. Thanks to everyone who stopped by!

A milestone worth celebrating! We cut the ribbon at River’s Edge, bringing 228 affordable and workforce housing units to Kalamazoo. We are proud to have served as construction manager. Congratulations to our AVB team, River Caddis and Standard Communities!

Thank you to AIA Southwest Michigan for touring Mt. Zion’s The Legacy Senior Living with us! This community will offer 70 affordable senior housing units in Kalamazoo’s Northside neighborhood, with solar panels and on-site battery storage.

A perfect Saturday in Kalamazoo! 🏈 We had a great time at WMU's CommuniverCity connecting with community partners, alumni, and friends before kickoff. Thanks to Western Michigan University for bringing everyone together for a fun day at Waldo Stadium!

Today, we're highlighting PE Amanda and the enthusiasm she brings to the work every day. Amanda's appreciation for teamwork and the process of seeing a vision become reality reflects what makes construction such a rewarding industry. #NationalConstructionAppreciationWeek
