Because Victor canceled after id been waiting and only AFTER he finished his previous ride, finding another driver took that much longer.
And now I may be late to an appointment.

Hey @Lyft, apparently I got a low star rating despite following ALL the guidelines. How do you account for drivers rating passengers low in bad faith.
In this instance I called an XL ride and specially noted i needed to put my bicycle in the back at the first stop. Yet the driver seemed to have a problem when he saw i needed to put a seat down to fit the bicycle. Is it MY fault he didn't read the note?
And maybe it was the LGBTQ pride shirt I was wearing. Its hard to tell when I was kind, on time, and treated their vehicle and space with respect. #MakeItMakeSense
