Let's strengthen the proposal for the welfare of companion animals by including the identification and registration of ALL dogs and cats and requiring the registration of all breeders. 🐈🐕
This will provide better protection for dogs and cats, improve traceability and help end the widespread illegal pet trade. 🙌
