"How to ACTUALLY feel confident in Valorant" Talking about the psychology behind confidence in VALORANT and how players can actually build it. Breaking down the importance of self-image, preparation, and routines. Discussing practical ways to develop confidence through positive feedback, recognising your wins, and learning to act confidently even when you don't feel confident. Another yappy video, but pretty happy with the content! Hope you enjoy 🥰 Link below ⬇️

0-2 @JoblifeEsport 0-2 @cgnesportsgg Genuinely so proud of this team. Things were shaky to start, but the thing that always stays true is that they take criticism and improve at every step. By the end against cgn, it finally found like we played much more to our potential. Thanks for everyones support, and see you in kizuna playoffs 🥰

I'm learning more editing this videos than ever. Check it out, it's a great piece of work.
"The Secret Structure Behind Good Comms" Talking about NRG's comms and what exactly makes them work so well. Breaking down the psychology behind communication. Discussing the components of effective comms, such as plan-making, micro-comms, and listening. Finally, reviewing some examples from NRG. A bit more of a simple video about the basic comm structure, but something that I haven't seen people talk about as much. Pretty happy with how this video came out, and I hope you enjoy :D Check it out below⬇️

What an amazing opportunity being provided to us. Getting to play top level competition on Lan in Paris is quite a privilege, and the team could not be more excited for it! We'll give it our best🫡 #SignHabosBabos
Last year, Game Changers teams made a massive impact. Why should this year be any different? Welcome @HabosBabosVLR 🇪🇺 to Project Blender Phase 02!

Since I got some messages from players who are thinking of transitioning to the coaching role because of the big 2027 VCT shuffle, I have some important messages and advice for you, because I did it myself before. I think some players are underestimating the change it will have on you. Personally, for a really long time I had problems giving away my responsibility and letting players have more freedom, because I had the thought that losing is always my fault. I learned a lot from this. First of all, no one is teaching you how to coach. I dont even want to know how many coaches pick an approach that ends up hurting the team or the players and leads to fighting and frustration, because there is no guide on how to be a good coach, especially how to handle all the different personalities at the same time. You need to find a way to communicate problems without hurting the players egos. This transition is not easy at all. I was a pro player and IGL in CS and Valorant for more than 10 years, and the control you have as a coach is different from being in the server and playing yourselves. It is actually a completely different feeling. You go from being able to personally fix a round in the moment, taking insanely ballsy decisions in big pressure moments, to preparing systems, explaining them clearly, managing different personalities, and then trusting that the players will actually apply it under pressure. Your experience gives you legitimacy, but it does not automatically teach you how to communicate, build trust, or create something the players buy into. Players need to believe in you too, not just respect that you used to play well before. If they dont fully trust your ideas and how you lead, nothing you prepare will be trusted. A lot of people look at coaching during big roster shifts like 2027 simply because the player market feels uncertain, then realize the job is mostly preparation work, psychology, and getting people to improve. Wins feel less personal and losses can hit harder because the responsibility sits with you. You could have stepped in and tried to fix it yourself in the timeouts. Timeouts are essentially all you have and the only real thing you can influence once a tournament match starts. The emotional side is a big part of it as well. Going from being in the server and feeling every round yourself to sitting behind the team and watching everything play out is a completely different kind of pressure and attachment. If anyone is thinking about it and has some personal questions, feel free to reach out.

"Pro Players Care TOO MUCH About Valorant" Exploring how tying your identity to your performance can actually make you play worse. Sharing my experience coaching players through this and what we can learn from Olympic gold medalist Alysa Liu about competition, hard work, and rest. This is a topic that sits real near and dear to me, and in my eyes is something that not enough people consider. Thanks again @NiaIs2nd for editing it! Hope you enjoy🥰 Link Below⬇️

"How 4 Duelists Beat G2" How do teams decide what compositions to play? Talking about the origins of the 4 duelist composition and how it was created and refined over time. Analyzing defence with 4 duelists. How can different forms of aggression can be used? I'm really proud of how this video came out. Thanks for @Niais2nd for editing, it is absolutely fantastic and she deserves all the credit. A huge part of this project for me is making the videos engaging and simple, and the editing done really lets that vision come to life. Check it out below⬇️
