I'm just going to say it... It's really spineless behavior that Dan Clancy wasn't the co-host with Mikey Minty. He's made his entire run as CEO by being front and center on every stream, but when the toughest announcement yet comes, he throws Mary Kish under the bus.

To everyone who is afraid of what happens next, I share your fears. But what we do next is important. We have to learn from what happened. And then, make a plan. As we confront a second Trump presidency, here’s a path forward: 🧵

The number needed to hit Partner stats (75 CCV) now INCLUDES raid viewership! According to Angela (Twitch's Global Partner Operations Team), the help documentation is being updated to reflect this recent change. #TwitchNews #TOSgg
A Twitter screenshot: Makimoke says "Important to note: those numbers need to be excluding raids! If you are consistently at 75+ CCV, but those numbers are including raids, and you would be under without those, there's a high chance you can get declined. Seen a lot of peeps wait quite a while for exactly that!" Angela aka @itswoori (Twitch Partner Ops) says "We actually include raids now! We don't want to punish the idea of networking and communities ❤️"

PSA for TwitchCon/events in general - please remember, streamers often don't know who you are out of chat - don't know your faces, real names, etc. If you attempt to say hi to people, PLEASE identify yourself upfront always, & be patient/kind if we don't recall instantly.

Hey @TwitchCon, I'm unofficially working w/ @sdbloodbank & curious who I can get in touch w/ about allowing the San Diego Blood Bank to have a blood drive at SD TwitchCon 2024! They're at SDCC every year & are a wonderful charitable event to include! How can we make it happen?
