Finally! Well done, Big 12! I especially like the in-game penalties and consequences for people getting booted. Immature students won't care that their university got fined. But if they're hurting their team or getting a year long ban, that'll shut them up.
I've often said that being financially successful is less about how much money you make and more about how good you are at managing your money.
PAUL PIERCE MADE $200 MILLION IN THE NBA AND NOW SAYS HE’S DROWNING IN BILLS.
The Celtics legend claims his monthly income crashed from $119K to just $23K after losing his Fox Sports paycheck, according to TMZ.
Pierce says he owes around $48K a month in child and spousal support alone, despite reportedly having $300K in the bank and $3 MILLION in property.
How do you make $200 MILLION and end up in this situation?

Well, at least BYU isn't the only team this year to beat a top team, then lose the next week. The year of the big win hangover?
If Arch Manning was the exact same player, but his name was Steven Jones, I don't think a single person would be talking about him. But he's not good.
But because he's a Manning, and the expectation is that he should be good, everyone still talks about him as a 1st round pick.

The sucky thing is that BYU won't get the same benefit of the doubt that Georgia or Notre Dame get after a close loss in a weird road game
BYU was *never* the second best team in the country. Neither was Notre Dame, I don't think. That's why rankings shouldn't exist in college sports. They're pointless.
I'm glad we played up to our competition and beat Notre Dame, but that just masked how bad this team is.
Defense has been awful all season. K-Pop has clearly been scrambling to figure out what in the Hades he's doing. Sloppy game against Arizona. Sloppy game against Colorado State. Sloppy game against TCU. Sloppy ending against Iowa State.
This feels like a wakeup call.
BYU simply does not look like the #2 in the country. And we've struggled in almost every game this year, despite sneaking out victories.
Rankings in college football need to go away.
I'm happy that BYU beat Notre Dame last week. I really am!
But getting ranked #2 looks like more of a curse than anything. The team now has a giant target on their backs and they've clearly gone into this game underprepared, as if they assumed their going to blast UCF.

No one even defending that UCF player on that play. This BYU defense is so embarrassing today. I could've caught that touchdown.
We gonna play defense today, BYU? Or is this the gameplan of rest and relax in the first half, then establish a plan for Half 2?
I've seen a lot of posts where people explain why it's legal and not a travel.
Cool.
I suppose I get that. But whatever rule is in place that makes this not a travel should be changed because plays like this are ridiculous.
I like this kid! 😂
Yaxel Lenderborg on his NBA debut and guarding Luka: "I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me... Being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect. That was awful"

"Yeah, it was interesting. I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me, for sure.
I had a lot of respect for him (Luka). You know, just watching. I didn't really watch the NBA much, I just watched highlights. Seeing him, you know, kill people all the time. But then being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect, man. Like that was awful.
Like me getting frustrated, it's not about the foul being called, it's about him complaining the entire game. And then you get the foul call, congratulations bro. And then you talk to me like you did something great, bro? Come on, dog. That's just weak. It kinda threw me off for a little while, cause you know, like I said, I had so much respect for him. Gone man, gone.
I was telling him he sucks, he can't score on me. You talking and you can't score on me. I said it the whole game. I said a couple cuss words obviously, you know, that's why I got the technical and all that. But I was letting him know, because he was laughing and talking all this because of that one foul call.
His only bucket on me was a banker from half court. Like I know that it's a team sport. You know, he had 28pts on us as a team. Me, I took my matchup personally. Tried not to get caught on the fouls. Tried my best. I was thinking about playing him with my hands behind my back to see if that worked, probably would've still got a foul call."
