iOS 15.4 is now available to everyone! This update brings Face ID with mask on iPhone 12 or newer, Universal Control on iPad (in combination with macOS 12.3,) New emojis, Support for EU DCC certificates on Apple Wallet, and many bug fixes! (Build number is the same as RC.)
