Haven't explicitly pounded the table on too many things over the past few years on the podcast. Or with clients. In general, it's usually a great way to end up looking dumb. BUT...there is one thing that @AdaptivCharts and I have been quite adamant about. And that is a new 30-40 year cycle and higher rates.
