If you think people like Hancock, Patel, Williamson, Raab & Dorries should be able to overturn the law at will, you need to be honest and admit you want an end to democracy. If you think voting every few years is all there is to democracy - stop being so lazy, wake up, it isn’t.

The rule of law is the last defence against unaccountable political power, as we have seen during Brexit and the Coronavirus pandemic. And that's exactly why the Johnson Government is coming next for judicial review and the Human Rights Act. None of this is normal.
