Once in a lifetime experience …. College team getting norovirus the middle of the game, dropping like flies. Not 1, 2, 3, 4, but up to 5 throwing up a 5 hour bus ride home. We are crawling back to Cedar Rapids 🤢 #prayers I’ll tell this story on my senior day🥴

Hey! Tip for Tuesday 😊 If you are an instructor, hopping between 3-4 facilities, that does not look great. Try building a community and family with all of these facilities….. it won’t happen. Or dragging in athletes to a facility that don’t have memberships. Stick to 1 💙❤️

So you are telling me you want a softball instructor to come to your facility, and tell me to leave my old facility for better pay? (When it’s not) …. But when did this become about money. It’s about player development and family. #dugoutfamilyforever ❤️💙

Happy birthday to the man who runs all the chaos at @DugoutSportsF 🔥 Jay, I hope your day is full of memories, laughter, and time with your family doing what you love!! One of the best coaches, mentors, and people you’ll ever meet. @jwhannel have a day man 🤙🏻

I hope this reaches the right crowd 🙏 @jwhannel

I am so grateful to announce that I am the recipient of the 2025-2026 @KidsHeartChall This will contribute to nursing school, and grad school later on to become a lifesaver just like those who have always saved my life ❤️

Yup. Wouldn’t expect anything else. The one and only who deserves every ounce of this award ❤️

They didn’t lie when they say this time flies by. #seniornight 💌 One chapter closes….. another one opens.

The chirping…. lack of sportsmanship….. in every dugout, at every level, travel and school ball? And not the mention coaches including onto the chirping…. Where did the leadership, sportsmanship, and respect disappear to? Absolultey speechless with the way some teams act.

Season starting off solid 🖤❤️ @MMUSoftball

Laughing out loud. Cougar SB, one of the most competitive programs around 💚 KEEP KILLING IT @dylamling2028 @lilykn_k

Today marks the last “first” day or practice. In the fall of last year I made the decision to move schools and let me tell you….. it was the best decision ever. Granny season ain’t ready for what it has in store 👵🤍 #gocats
