A false news is being spread by few students that students of AIIMS Bhopal were stopped from performing Puja on Mahashivratri. The fact is that some students were playing very loud music on DJ and dazzle light system.

The high pitch noise was found uncomfortable for the critical patients admitted in the hospital. The Administration therefore intervened as loud music in hospital area is prohibited by honourable courts as well.

The students of this premier institute are expected to behave responsibly. Celebration of festivals including Saraswati Pooja has been allowed whenever permission is sought. Therefore the tweet that Administration prevented students from performing puja is not based on facts.
