Christians are responsible for the abolition of slavery. Christians are responsible for massive advancements in science. Christians are responsible for human rights. Christians are responsible for the most charitable organisations in the world.

Science can tell you "what". Science can't tell you "why". For that, you need God.

You don't get to decide what "good" is. God does.

Atheists hate God because Atheists want to become gods themselves.

ST THOMAS AQUINAS' ARGUMENT FROM MOTION Everything that changes is changed by something else. A match does not light itself. A body does not start moving for no reason. Your last thought did not appear out of nowhere. Change is real. You see it every second. If every changer needed another changer behind it, and that one needed another, forever, nothing would ever begin. An endless line of borrowed motion still has to come from somewhere. From nothing, nothing moves. So there has to be a first mover that is not itself moved. Not one more link in the chain. The reason the chain exists at all. That is God. Atheism can describe the motion. It cannot tell you why there is any motion to describe.

St Thomas Aquinas’ argument from contingency. Everything you see can exist or not exist. You. The stars. The universe. If everything were like that, there would have been a time when nothing existed. From nothing, nothing comes. So something must exist that cannot not exist. A being that doesn’t borrow existence from anything else. That being is God.

Realising that the devil knows scripture better than you do is terrifying.

The amount of Atheists terrified to actually name the year is astounding... xitter.cf/AgainstAtheismX/status…
Jesus Christ is the most influential man in history. No one even comes close. And before you start crying that He's not, please tell me what year it is.

The Augustinian Proof For the Existence of God Can the existence of truth itself prove God exists? St. Augustine thought so. And his argument still holds. There are truths that never change. 7 + 3 = 10. Not sometimes. Not for some people. Always. Everywhere. For every rational mind that has ever existed. These truths are not invented by us. We discover them. They impose themselves on us. You cannot vote them out of existence. You cannot make 7 + 3 equal 11 by consensus. Your mind is changeable. It grows, forgets, errs, dies. The truths do not. If those truths were equal to our minds, they would change with us. They do not. They stand above us. We judge our thinking by them; they do not get judged by us. Augustine’s conclusion is simple: Whatever is eternal, immutable, and superior to the human mind is either God, or points immediately to God. In either case, God exists. These truths live in an eternal intellect. That intellect is God.Atheism has no home for necessary, unchanging truths. Matter changes. Human minds change. Chance does not generate 7 + 3 = 10. Truth requires a Mind that does not change. That Mind is God.

I'm not surprised that those who hold the world record for murder are Atheists. It just makes sense.

Atheists love to criticise Christiantiy. But ask them to leave their safe, advanced, education-based, human-rights-enjoying country that Christianity builty, and they start making excuses real quick.
