ACTORS, calculate the commission you’ve paid to your agent since lockdown. Chances are that’s their total income for the last 4 months. Difference is, they have not stopped working because you have.

When I see people write comments like
‘It’s a tiny role’ Or ‘blink and you miss them’.
It literally brings me out in hives.

C) Tapes coming in out of hours
D) Tapes due out of hours
E) Tapes with less than the #equity 3 day min time frame

TOP TIP - Self tape deadline is a cut off point NOT a TARGET. Sod's law - you leave it til the last minute, and you'll get another urgent one with same deadline. And your poor agent will have to juggle all at same time.

A) securing opportunities & negotiating deals
Or
B) having ego stroking catch ups
After a client books a job & productions (with approval) don’t contact said client to arrange tests, pick up & other logistics, so you spend your day doing...
When you’re fighting fees & deal terms & the team come back with “all the other agents have agreed”.
