The least documented part of the film look: DIR couplers. Developer inhibitor releasing couplers were never really published - and without them, even a perfect emulation does not match the film. When one layer reacts strongly, a chemical suppresses the others so colors stay pure. That yellowish tint on every negative is the inhibitor doing its job. Astra emulates that process too.
