Balancing innovation and strategy is ensuring creativity has a clear purpose. I’m constantly exploring new ideas, whether through storytelling, digital trends, or community engagement (exactly how I've ended up with the likes of @OdongoIsaacSr, @StKyamutetera, @Ssenyonyiderick, @wekesa_amos, and @Fwallu1920 among others), but I always align them with my conscience-grounded goals.
The thing is, Strategy gives direction; innovation gives energy. I ask myself, “Does this bold idea align with what we’re trying to achieve?” If it does, I refine it to fit the bigger picture. I’ve learned that real impact happens when fresh thinking meets intentional execution.
