Whole team great, but Odegaard and Gabriel absolutely outstanding. Comfortable. #AFC

As part of our Betway brand’s partnership with @BetwayTowcester - we’re very pleased to also become sponsors of the Greyhound Derby, a race I worked on earlier in my career at Wimbledon. We sincerely thank and pay tribute to @BenStarSports and his team, including @kim_sanzone, for their spell as custodians of the great race. I’m sure our Betway team will continue to do it justice.

Imagine going back to 1990 and telling someone that in a relatively short space of time, AC Milan will play Bournemouth in a European tie and Bournemouth will be the clear odds-on favourites. They’d think you’d lost your mind.

Essentially it’s a game that wasn’t going to shape our season either way, but it’s a great point away from home in a difficult place, with two great goals. #AFC

Made it home with three points. This team is very good at some of the less exciting aspects of the game, and on days like today against tough opponents that rarely give anything up, that’s a very good result, and another +2 pts on last season. Acknowledge there were some poor performances though. #AFC

In terms of non-playing, non-coaching staff, there can’t be a bigger claim to the title of “Mr.Arsenal”. His is an incredible story. RIP.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Life President Ken Friar OBE. Since our formation in 1886, there have been many inspirational individuals who have driven our club forward, but no one has had an influence on Arsenal Football Club quite like ‘Mr Friar’ and he leaves an extraordinary life of service to the club as his legacy. One that will surely never be matched. Rest in peace ❤️

It’s the worst kick-off time in the league, and it definitely took us a long while to wake up today. Got away with it in the end. #AFC

Yes, very well done Arsène for pointing out 15+ years ago what everyone else can now see and every journalist and broadcaster has suddenly got on board with. But one small fact: he didn’t pay off the stadium debt, so please stop saying it

Arsene Wenger and 08-11 Arsenal are the biggest victims of this. City took Nasri, Toure, Adebayor & Clichy in their prime from Arsenal, which had a ripple effect that led to Cesc & RVP leaving too, which in turn meant Arsenal never competed again for years

He willingly sold those players and recruited worse ones. Nobody told him to sell them, he absolutely didn’t have to. He lost his job due to underperformance and poor tactical decisions when competing with clubs like - oh say Leicester for instance. Let’s not try and rewrite history. #AFC
Poor Arsene Wenger complied with all the rules and lost his job because he couldn't compete with cheaters who perenially stole players from him

Watched this at Wembley just before the last Oasis date of Live ‘25. Worth watching again because you can actually hear the disappointment from @GNev2 as the winner goes in. That sound he makes - joyous. #AFC
