Advice: No more mid-season extensions.
Can someone please explain to me how this is sustainable? It’s time to get some common sense and budget responsibly.

Pre watered with 2.5in through the pivot, fertilized and planted, as a result of mother natures generosity I get the privilege of watering again in order to get the crop to germinate, Just thankful diesels cheap 👌,I now understand the definition of cruel and unusual punishment.
I’m thankful for the moisture we did get but .30 doesn’t do much for this extreme drought. Firing pivots back up today to water what’s been planted and pre watering on some unplanted acres. Drought continues on in Sumner NE.

At this point it’s not even satire or poor me it just won’t rain in sumner right now period. Driest spring I can remember around here.
Idk if my stations 100% accurate or official but we had 100% chance of rain last night turn into zero…if we don’t get some rain in central Nebraska things could get interesting around here. Haven’t even had an inch of rain on the year yet…we are in a major hole!

It’s amazing that our government will tell you with a straight face that they can’t stop a regional fire, but if you just pay more in taxes, they can change the entire global climate.
