Haliburton could hardly answer the postgame questions as he was overwhelmed with emotions following the Pacers’ 123-120 victory.

That’s a BIG TIME shot by Hali. Goes left and hits the floater while taking a big hit from Zion. Incredible touch and finish.

Haliburton gets called for a technical foul here after the timeout. Queen had deflected the ball out of Haliburton’s hands a few plays earlier on a double-team and let Haliburton know about it. Haliburton drove to the basket and drew the foul on Queen the next play. He followed it up with an and-1…and then this play happened.

That was awesome. Haliburton pick and roll to Siakam who found Big Zu for the lob. Then a little scuffle took place. Pacers trail Pelicans by 1.

3-8 from the ft line for Siakam…

Pacers won the rebound battle in the third quarter 13-11.

This has been such a weird game lol

Mathurin cannot guard Haliburton lol he’s grabbing him the whole way down the court

Pacers nearly get doubled up in the second quarter. Pelicans outscore Indiana 35-18 and take a 10-point lead into the half. Zion Williamson has 15 points on 5-9 shooting. Obi Toppin and Pascal Siakam each have 13 points. Tyrese Haliburton held scoreless in the 2nd quarter.

Gonna need preseason Walk to show up in the second half.

Carlisle might have to play Nembhard all 24 minutes in the second half. Pacers have gotten crushed when he’s on the bench

Nance looks so confused where he’s supposed to be on offense

To no surprise, this 5-man lineup of Haliburton, Jackson, Walker, Toppin and Nance is struggling. They look rough on both sides of the ball

After Q1, Pacers lead 38-31. Siakam - 9 pts, 3 rebs, 1 stl Nembhard - 8 pts, 4 asts, 1 stl Haliburton - 7 pts, 3 asts Zubac - 6 pts, 2 rebs

7 points for Haliburton in the first 5 minutes of play

Pacers defense off to a rough start 😬
