Sad day for the football community. Great one on and off the field.

Our game lost a great one today. Buddy Teevens passed away today. He did so much for so many. One of the very best at his craft. RIP Coach. The football staff up there got a lot better today. Thanks for all you did for our game

These guys could play some ball 30 years ago and probably still could (for a play or two). Can't even describe how great it is to see the men, people, husbands, and fathers they became. #proudoldcoach @jcraw41 @GalvinLeggett

We have a position open on our coaching staff for the upcoming season. Prefer someone with previous high school/middle school experience. Position background is not important since we have flexibility on our staff. DM, email, or contact the Marshwood athletic affice

Love this quote. You make a play- celebrate with your teammates- they made it possible. No need to talk s##t to opponents. You are part of a TEAM In life - none of us have made it alone Put your hand out and help someone up

This why I can’t stand the “I lift on my own at planet fitness” crowd. It’s not about working out, it’s about building culture with your teammates!!!! The weight room is a special place.

Why lifting with your teammates matters: “The culture and leadership and encouragement and the team bonding take steps and reps as well.” — Josh Storms, Florida State Director of Football Strength and Conditioning

The Coach & QB need to be the 2 toughest guys on the team. They get too much blame for losses (and too much credit for wins). The Patriots score, Belichick's a genius if not???

Can't thank the town of Longmeadow enough. For teachers/coaches, one of the great enjoyments in life is catching up with former colleagues, students, and athletes❤️

Ithaca & Springfield advance in the playoffs and play at Ithaca Saturday. Nice to know my alma mater can't lose.

Saw some Kevin McHale clips this morning. Was there ever a team (in any sport) that was more fun to watch than the 1986 Celtics with McHale, Parrish, Bird, Ainge, Johnson, and Walton?
