You must work on your annotation skills. Notice in both example A & B it states the parties reached a settlement or the parties mutually agreed on something. Now if you can find any paperwork or credible sources who repeat that language in the case we’re talking about then let’s talk. I’ll wait on you.

clearly Jay doesn’t understand how these lawsuits work- it’s normal for outside court agreements to allow the case to be dismissed without prejudice by the plaintiff.
