The prop firm industry in the last couple weeks needs to clean up their act.
I’m not opposed to the idea of prop trading personally, but recent events is definitely mot helping the cause.
Three years ago, Prop Firm Match launched. Two traders saw a gap in the market for a platform providing simplicity and transparency for prop firm traders. We developed new features not seen before: verified reviews, payout tracking across all payment methods, live spreads, rule overviews, simple ways to compare prop firms, and prop firm expos.
Three years in, PFM has had over 25M website visits, reached over 370,000 members, and has given out free challenge accounts worth over $1,400,000 to the PFM community. Over 100 firms apply to be listed each year and go through one of the industry’s most rigorous compliance processes.
We also got something wrong. Until yesterday, when someone clicked on a firm or a code on our site, a new tab would open the firm’s site through our affiliate link. This should not have happened. We take full responsibility for it. We have reached out to each of our partners to review this together and reconcile any inaccuracies. We respect any decisions firms have made based on this.
We truly appreciate the partners and traders who value the relationship we have built together over the years. We promise you that we will learn from this, hold ourselves to the highest standard, and come back stronger and better.

There are days when I am down big when trading and I have this super strong urge to want to make it all back the next day.
And the few times I tried doing so, my success rate probably 20% in doing so. The other 80% makes me go deeper in the hole.
Fight that urge.
Trading is a journey not a destination. A marathon not a sprint. A marriage not a one night stand. Ok you get my drift.

I can't stress enough how important it is for ALL to trade their own style, time frame, plan and risk tolerance. I share what I do and what I see as a way to show how one trader trades. It doesn't make it right for you. I don't want anyone to follow blind. I use my eyes and do my best not to let logic/thinking or others influence my trades. I have many years of experience/seat time this helps me with my trading. I too am wrong from time to time especially if I let my brain get in my way. When I am wrong I say so. Do your own homework, have your own plan.

In 2025, I’ve had $227,000 in payouts from my live trading account. Since taking those payouts, I’ve hit a rough patch, down $80,000+.
I could’ve taken the easy route, "Sim Farming" reset after reset, cycling through 100s or 1,000s of accounts to rack up payouts for selling courses or affiliate links.
That might have padded my bank account more & looked more profitable...but that’s not the right way. It doesn’t help traders grow, it doesn’t push the industry forward, and it doesn’t challenge me to improve.
This year, I'm at one LIVE account, one firm, ZERO resets, ZERO combines, ZERO other account purchases.
For 2025..... I’m at +$227,000 in inflows and $0 in outflows with prop firms and my bank account.
Sure, the haters are going to say not 100% of my money earned was from the LIVE account, of course... I traded XFAs and a live account simultaneously when it was available.

$SPX rallied strongly, but there is risk for a fractal pullback before making the push to all time highs.
I am anticipating the 5966-5937 range to act as support for the correction to then target 6147-6200 terminating the 5th wave.
However, the loss of 5905 would likely invalidate the direct path to ATHs' and instead favor further downside to 5845-5691 support.
