A young child presents with a history of bilateral, markedly abnormal anterior eye appearance since early childhood. Clinical examination reveals prominent, globular, bluish-gray corneal opacification with irregular superficial vascularization in both eyes. The normal iris and pupillary details are obscured by the dense opacity, and the anterior globes appear abnormally protruded. A. Congenital glaucoma (Buphthalmos) B. Congenital anterior staphyloma C. Peters anomaly
