A huge loss with the passing of @andrewkfoster. Someone with a huge passion for staff engagement and quality, making the NHS a better place for colleagues and patients. He was the reason I wanted to work @WWLNHS. He will be missed by many. My thoughts are with his family

Come on @TUIUK Was due to travel on 4/4. You promised my refund within 4 weeks on the 9/4. It didn’t arrive. You then promised it by 27/5. It’s still not arrived. I know you’re busy, but this isn’t acceptable and I’m not the only one in this position. At least communicate with us
