Jade needs to do the upgrades, and get an acting and/or dance coach. She has the goods, but needs to acknowledge that the performance side is needed in this COP far more than it was needed in Tokyo.

If I were an athlete known for vault and floor attempting to make the American Olympic team for 2028 I would be extremely alarmed about the results of the World Championships If I am JR, I would focus on beam If I am JoCh, I would focus on bars If I am JaCa….what is the path

Jesse Moore in fifth on high bar is the second-best in Australia's history! The only one better was Philippe Rizzo winning gold 20 years ago. Camilo Vera in sixth was one spot away from matching Jossimar Calvo's fifth-place record from 2013, also second-best in program history.

Watching the BBC coverage of the Men's Team Final. (I put it on at 4.30 this morning, but fell asleep and missed the whole thing 😂) Craig - Lactic acid does not exist in the body, so lactic acid is NOT building up at the end of a Pommel Horse routine. It's hydrogen ions.

I was not convinced by this routine at the domestic competitions. I thought it would be hit with artistry deductions. She proved me very wrong today. This was stunning, and deserved that score.

Claire Pease’s INCREDIBLE floor routine in TF’s to earn the highest score on floor of the night with a 13.933 (6.000/7.933)! Moving on, this routine gave me LITERAL CHILLS watching it live, and this is BY FAR the best floor routine she’s done in her career thus far 😍.

Elevated heart rate. I was really fit, and then one day just walking on the treadmill lightly made my heart rate soar. It was so weird. I kept checking it periodically over the next few days and it was consistently higher than my normal, even at rest.
