AD buyers are disinterested not looking to purchase ad space, importantly consumers demand isn't invested in the product. Their celebrated “record viewership” numbers can’t even compete with the attention Clark generates in a preseason game. That tells you everything about where the real demand lies. It’s no wonder networks aren’t moving mountains to give the league premium prime-time slots. The media can manufacture a narrative, but it can’t manufacture an audience.
