#私が退職した本当の理由 I know we're discussing Japan here, but I quit two companies in Japan because of white middle aged men who constantly mistreated women. Daily back touches, professional bypassing, slammed doors when we asked the hard questions, bigger salaries, less work.
'Fuck off, Ally' was the email I received from our 'manager' as reply to a proposed suggestion to switch the stock photo subscription we used. Later I was called to a meeting to apologize for 'disturbing the harmony.' The man wasn't asked to apologize for his words. #whyIquit
