Thanks for the question. The June 2027 reference reflects the conservative assumption we have adopted around revenues from metal products, consistent with our most recent Quarterly Report. We need to be particularly conservative with forward timelines in formal documents such as the Annual Report.
Importantly, it does not mean we expect to wait until June 2027 to produce saleable metal products or potentially generate sales from them.
Our e-waste strategy is targeting recovery of a broad range of metals, with current products predominantly metal chlorides and other metal-bearing intermediates. Establishing reliable commercial sales across multiple products requires qualification with prospective offtakers, including assessment of composition, impurities, consistency and downstream processing suitability. This qualification process can take time, which is why we have taken a deliberately conservative approach to the H1 2027 timeframe. We will of course be working to achieve product sales earlier.
Separately, Metallium has already commenced generating revenue from its FJH platform through the ECT agreement.
We are also extremely excited by the evaluation work underway with Government and industry. This is leading us to assess some very interesting and potentially strategically important future feedstocks. While this work is currently being prioritised within our available testing capacity, successful outcomes could create significant opportunities for the Company and potentially accelerate our conservative commercialisation timelines.
Thank you both for your interest in the company.

Jupiter’s advantage is its simplicity.
As CEO Jacob Deysel explains, Jupiter is clay-hosted, near-surface and easy to mine — no drilling, no blasting. Being non-ionic clay means we can beneficiate upfront with simple, benign washing to efficiently concentrate the rare earths.
Combined with scale, a proven flowsheet and strong market tailwinds, this is why Critica (ASX: CRI) sees Jupiter as a standout Tier-1 rare earths project in WA.

Critica (ASX: CRI) has achieved a major milestone - producing its first high-grade Mixed Rare Earth Product (MREP) from the Jupiter Rare Earths Project in Western Australia.
✅ Result: 84 % TREO at 78 % recovery using a conventional acid-bake route.
✅ Validated: Beneficiation-first flowsheet achieving ~95 % mass rejection and 6–10× TREO upgrade, with a very low U/Th profile.
Why it matters:
This “upgrade-then-leach” pathway confirms a smaller, simpler, lower-cost hydromet circuit with reduced reagent and energy use - delivering a magnet-REE-rich basket (~23 % NdPr/DyTb) aligned with Western EV, renewable and defence supply chains.
Next steps:
Commissioning of the ~3,000 kg closed-circuit pilot plant at GAVAQ is now underway to optimise recoveries, refine product specification, and produce bulk MREP/MREO samples for customer qualification and Scoping Study inputs in H1 CY26 - paving the way to initiate the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) in H2 CY26.

Two photos. One powerful story.
Baker, CA is the closest town to Mountain Pass—and like many high desert communities, job opportunities are limited, especially for young people.
A few years ago, we partnered with Baker Valley Unified to help bridge the 36-mile gap and create real career pathways for local students.
These two photos say it all:
- In the first (taken this week), a BVUSD grad now thriving in his MP uniform stands with his former classmates.
- In the second (from 2023), he’s still a student visiting Mountain Pass for the first time.
College is a great path—but it’s not the only one. Skills learned on the job can lead to fulfilling careers with purpose and growth.
We’re proud to contribute to our neighboring communities and excited to keep building this bridge.

EISEN: “You've taken stakes in 5 companies now. Are there going to be more?”
BESSENT: “I wouldn't be surprised. When we get an announcement like this week with China on rare earths, you realize we have to be self-sufficient or we have to be sufficient with our allies”
That’s exactly what I talked about below. The data shows how even a small disruption just 10–25%, in rare earth supply could hit hundreds of thousands of U.S. jobs and shave off a chunk of industrial output.
We’ve built our most advanced industries EVs, wind turbines, semiconductors, defense tech on materials we don’t control. And when one country dominates the supply chain, every policy move or export cut becomes a risk to the entire economy.
This chart shows how much the U.S. economy relies on rare earth metals and how risky that dependence has become. It measures what could happen to American industries and jobs if the supply of these metals were cut off. The solid blue bars show what happens if 10% of the industries that use them are disrupted, and the striped bars show the impact if 25% are hit.
Each metal plays an important role in technology and manufacturing. Scandium is used in aircraft parts and semiconductors. Yttrium helps make rechargeable batteries and lasers. Lutetium is used in medical scanners and special glass. Dysprosium, terbium, and samarium are key for the strong magnets that power electric cars, wind turbines, and high-tech devices. Gadolinium is used in MRI machines and computer memory chips. Basically, these metals keep a lot of modern industries running.
The chart shows that even a small shortage could cause serious problems. If just 10% of the supply is disrupted, it could affect up to 0.2% of total U.S. output and jobs in certain sectors. If 25% is disrupted, the impact could reach 0.6%, which equals hundreds of thousands of jobs and billions in lost production. That might not sound huge, but in critical areas like clean energy, semiconductors, and defense, it could cause major slowdowns.
This matters because most rare earth metals still come from China. If trade tensions rise or exports are restricted, U.S. industries could struggle to make everything from electric vehicles to advanced medical equipment. That’s why protecting these supply chains is becoming such a big issue.
The takeaway is simple: rare earth metals might not be something most people think about, but they’re essential for the future of technology and the economy. If the U.S. doesn’t build safer and more local supply sources soon, even a small disruption could create big economic and national security problems.
