CSAFP GALVEZ targetting a specific group to please Mr Duterte and secure him a cabinet position is CONTRARY to the AFP Transformation Roadmap’s Multi-Sector Governance Initiatives to ensure good governance. He should NOT alienate stakeholders.

When CSAFP GALVEZ was a junior officer, he participated in the 1989 coup which resulted to more or less 100 casualties, half of which are civilians, and hundreds wounded. CSAFP GALVEZ has a very dark side.
Galvez: When I was still a cadet, the #MartialLaw was lifted; military is becoming a negative dark side, but I believe we have to learn the context of what happened then.
