.@British_Airways ABSOLUTELY disgusted. Boarded my flight from MIA to LHR and my seat for my 8 hour flight is urine-soaked. you could smell it before you even got to my seat and the staff said there is nothing they can do, not even any extra blankets, only a tiny hand sanitiser
