Breaking down the word 'discernment'. Etymology defines 'dis' as to 'throw away' and for me, 'cern' means to what has been found, as kern or kernel grain or seed. Leaving 'ment' as mind in Latin. In other words to throw away the seed what has been found by the mind to be untrue.

In my journey into individuation I have found that to find the truth of who you are, is the longest journey you will ever take and the most rewarding. Truth is intrinsic to the state of our consciousness. This has to come with awareness and an openness to the heart.
