🚨DEATH INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY AFTER PERSON FOUND DEAD AT CHARLOTTE COUNTY ADULT STORE.
CHARLOTTE COUNTY Florida:
An investigation is underway after a person was found dead at an "adult store" along South Tamiami Trail.. but authorities say there are currently no indications of suspicious circumstances. 🤔
Deputies with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office responded Thursday afternoon to Bada Bing.. Located at 12205 S. Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda.. after a death was reported at the business.
According to the sheriff’s office, nothing appears suspicious at this time.
Officials have not released the deceased person’s identity.. the cause of death.. or the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Investigators say additional information may be released as it becomes available.
"May Be Released?" This smells funky...
For now.. authorities have offered few details about what happened.. and there is no indication of criminal activity based on the information released so far.
This investigation remains ongoing.

🚨Here we have another Prime example.. of the decline.. of Port Charlotte Florida. 🤦♂️
PORT CHARLOTTE MAN WAS SHOT DEAD BY DEPUTIES AFTER ALLEGEDLY POINTING GUN AT THEM. 🙄
A "neighbor dispute" in Port Charlotte Florida ended in a deadly hail of gunfire Wednesday after deputies say an armed man threatened a neighbor..
He then pointed a gun at responding law enforcement. smh...
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.. deputies were called to the scene on Bersell Avenue after receiving reports that the man had threatened a neighbor with a firearm.
When deputies arrived.. the situation reportedly escalated fast!
(As It usually does..)
Deputies say that the man came out of his home armed with both a gun.. & a machete. 😳
He allegedly pointed the firearm at a deputy.. prompting two deputies.. to open fire on the man.
FA&FO.. sadly... he chose to.. find out.
The man was killed instantly at the scene.
His identity has not been released.. and the incident remains under investigation.
Neighbors described hearing multiple gunshots as the area was quickly secured.
Bersell Avenue was temporarily closed while investigators processed the crime scene...
The road reopened later Wednesday evening.
Disputes between neighbors should never end with someone dead.... It should end in a Beer!!!

But... when a reported threat.. turns into an armed confrontation with deputies.. the consequences can and do.. unfold in mere seconds.
It sounds to me.. like he wanted the cops to do exactly what they did.. And It honestly pains me to think that we have so many hopeless.. desperate.. sad people that obviously are not getting the mental help that they so desperately need!!
So now.. yet another Port Charlotte neighborhood is left trying to make sense of what happened right next door.
