It's such a shame the loud mouths get such a big following, even after they fleece their followers for years. Desperate for a quick win causes ppl to do strange things.

Don't feel bad for the @Warcraft devs who are rage baiting people on X and getting flamed. They ruined Vanilla and won't hesitate to do it again. Do better and stop trying to act like the moral authority in a video game.

It really is interesting how @nvidia tried to stop crypto miners when video cards were selling off the shelves and introduced the nerf. I am Curious why they aren't doing the same with AI? Shouldn't we have consumer cards and professional/enterprise, or a one time thing?

Who turned the Crypto faucet on today? Must be a mistake, this much green in my portfolio is impossible.

Part of me wants to believe the story about AI poisoning the web with instructions. What that means for future training is very interesting as bad actors may(absolutely will or have) do the same. At what point does training on the internet become impossible?

AI needs a big win at some point, solving something that humanity gives 2 fks about. Come on @OpenAI @AnthropicAI @spacexai if you want some goodwill then get going. Hey @grok maybe you can help these folks remember that AI can be used for so much more. FK Cancer to start

I think everyone is wondering what really happened with the frontier labs that they aren't telling us. Either they are keeping a gnarly secret or want to stall competitors who are starting to offer reasonably priced alternatives.

I'm starting to believe every Frontier model wants to piss of sub users in favor of higher cost API. The risk of lower cost options will hopefully win out.

There has been a lot of debate about AI scraping the internet and essentially stealing data to train itself on. With the recent millennium achievements going into question, it's interesting to take a step back. Like Google, we inevitably become the product. Our data, our experiences, our prompts etc. Wouldn't it be amazing if AI is advancing faster because we are all contributing our own domain expertise. On one hand I want to believe that people have generally good intentions, but that little itch in the back of my mind says otherwise. What do you think, are we providing free expertise that will later be bottled up and sold to the highest bidder?

Laser warfare with drones, AI taking over quietly behind the scenes with experts warning, and food that gifts your insides for weeks. What a year so far, tip of the cap 2026.

Nothing is AGI if it's a dumb token usage generator. Come on now lol

I hope the next wave of AI is custom domain specific models that can fit on virtually any device. We'll get there, even if a little edge devices are in the mix for now. Progress won't apologize or slow down.

Everyone comparing their junk to $ZEC is hilarious. If you were early let's celebrate together, if you are using it to try and pump your own coin then do better. Every chain is unique and riding coattails just looks desperate.

The one benefit of local inference, I only needed a nuclear-powered turbine and the Great Lakes to cool it! Everyone should get in on this.

Hey @claudeai what's the point of releasing a new model if you let one simple session consume itself in a few minutes on relatively easy tasks spanning multiple lower cost models? Fable 5.1 usage is over 50% with some mundane planning and agent orchestration now.

I wonder if @xai will release a new model to counter Anthropic, or is that better served to dunk on OpenAI?

So much talk about datacenters lately, but not enough about fake food being substituted for the real thing. Our priorities are all over the place.

State of Claude pick a model but mostly looking at you Opus: Me: Please read my instructions at xyz.md AI: You got it, reading instructions Me: 15 minutes later... AI: Ok got it back, now please answer this one question about how you plan to walk from point A to point B for me. Me: I will take 3 steps forward AI: Ok plotting course, please go 3 blocks left, 3 blocks straight, 3 blocks right, and 3 blocks back, then take 3 steps. Me: No no, I would just take 3 steps forward AI: Oh yea my bad, hold on while I burn 50m more tokens apologizing and replotting your course Me: ... Burn just burn ... AI: That will be another 50m tokens for your rude comments Me: Good job changing the topic, guess I'll just take 3 steps forward on my own AI: Let me know how it goes, I'll be here monitoring your progess at 100k tokens per second every step of the way.

One day I feel like we'll look back and say AI was both the greatest and worst achievement in human history. If the robots allow us to speak or think by then.

Some huge liquidations are on deck for $BTC, and people are doubling down and getting wrecked. Do people forget how savage some of the exchanges are at this game? I do think a correction is perfectly normal, but BTC never behaves on wild moves lol.
