The signatures keep coming. . . Sign if you haven’t.
Seems like a lot of shareholders want Tesla and SpaceX to pursue a merger Both companies already have enormous potential on their own, but bringing them together would be the ultimate endgame nobody wants to miss out on that future

Even Elon Musk gets no say on the terms other than YES/NO when a deal is done. And he founded both companies. He recused himself. Shareholders don’t dictate terms either. But we can - and did! - ask for considerations in the negotiated exchange ratio based on the stock’s All Time High, internal revenue projections and CyberCab + Optimus scaling.

If English not your first language, X translate can help. Use the translation feature on the Shareholder letter (in 3 parts). October 22, 2026 Dear Members of the Board and Special Committee, This is a call to action. As Tesla shareholders, we are behind the mission. But the mission has expanded: no longer is Tesla just about EVs; now its mission is sustainable abundance on Earth - and in Space. This new mission is best brought to fruition by a merger with Spacex. STRATEGIC RATIONALE The two companies share complementary strengths in super intelligence, robotics, energy, advanced manufacturing, chip design, software, and launch capability. The companies' several joint ventures - Terafab, SI Space Compute, Macrohard/Digital Optimus, Megapods (multi-trillion dollar potential products) are just the start of what the combined company could do. Our same investment dollars would have more potential to grow and more shareholder value would be unlocked. KEY ADVANTAGES OF A MERGER ♦️EACH SOLVES THE OTHER'S CONSTRAINTS: Tesla needs chips and capital. SpaceX needs Megapacks for Colossus. That is just the start of the overlaps and symbiotic synergies unlocked. ♦️A MOAT: The combined entity will have a first-mover advantage in a category of one - the ONLY company to have the full vertical Physical Al stack. A PLATFORM that will keep creating new opportunities. (Cont)

♦️ELON MUSK IS A BUILDER: Elon Musk's track record speaks for itself; he has earned the right to solve constraints and build new products without being handcuffed by an unwieldy structure. A merger simplifies his life and lets him focus on solving ever bigger problems and building new products. ♦️THE SUM IS GREATER THAN THE PARTS: Individually each company may be worth $8 trillion in 10 years, but together they could be worth many times that, tackling projects too big for either company to take on alone. When humanity goes galactic, then interstellar, what is the cap on the addressable market? ♦️EXPENSE REDUCTION: Overlapping functions can be streamlined. DELETE THE PART It is time to delete the unnecessary part/process: The two Companies being separate and the unnecessary bureaucracy it creates are hindering Elon Musk and Tesla/SpaceXSI employees from creating real value - like slowing joint projects with burdensome conflict committees. We want the time spent on the projects - not red tape. ACT NOW Time is of the essence: AI, robotics, and energy are moving fast. Fiduciary duty is often thought of as just due diligence, but inaction can be costly to shareholders too. Tesla shareholders lost the chance to own xAI, now a significant contributor to SpaceX's revenue. We don't want to lose out again. SHAREHOLDER SUPPORT We trust the special committee to negotiate the best possible terms for Tesla shareholders taking into account that CyberCab and Optimus are about to scale, Tesla's all-time high, and internal revenue projections. A large, engaged group of retail shareholders is ready to back a well-structured combination, and we are organizing so turnout is high when the vote comes. Please bring it to a vote as soon as the terms are negotiated and documented. Thank you for your work. You have the support of the retail shareholders who sign this letter. Sincerely, Alexandra Merz Amy Steffens On behalf of the attached shareholders

Things are moving on the right direction…
Elon Musk during the Tesla Q3 earnings call said a lot of things but this is the quote that stood out to me the most. “So in a nutshell, after many years of sort of grind and things being fairly flat, I think we’re now headed for a lot of fun and significant growth.”

Woah... I just made a Grok Bot Phone. I cloned my voice, gave my @bot its own real phone number, and had it call to order pizza. A short recording in xAI’s voice tool created a digital version of my voice. Then I hooked it up so my bot could actually dial out. I had it call my secondary phone as the “pizza place” so you could hear the entire conversation. The pickup was for 5 PM under Teslaconomics. Here’s the order I gave it: 1/ One large Starship pizza - half pepperoni and jalapeño, half pineapple and bacon, light sauce, extra cheese, well done. 2/ 20 extra crispy wings - 10 buffalo, 10 lemon pepper, dressing on the side. If either sauce is out, garlic parmesan is fine. 3/ A chocolate lava cake, 2 Diet Cokes, a root beer, and a lemonade with no ice. It made the call in my voice and placed the order. I as the “pizza place” said buffalo and lemon pepper sauce were both out and so it switched all 20 wings to garlic parmesan, exactly as I’d instructed. Then it asked whether any deal covered the whole order. I said it had to say “Tesla to the moon” for a 50% discount. So my bot said “Tesla to the moon” in my voice. It got the final price, read the entire order back, got confirmation, and said goodbye. The whole call took 2 minutes and 6 seconds. Then my bot sent me the recap and the recording. I’m still shocked that this actually worked… this is the real deal. Think about all the time we spend on hold, placing orders, booking appointments, and making calls we keep putting off. This is the future… you tell your AI what you need, approve the call, and it handles the entire conversation for you.

First impressions of the iPhone Duo: • It feels way more premium than you think. • The hinge mechanism is VERY satisfying to open and close. • I liked the passport size more than I thought I would. Although the screen aspect ratio would take some time to get used to. • The matte screen feels great to use and helps with glare. • When folded open, it feels like an iPad mini. For a first-gen product from Apple, very impressive!

What about SpaceX Shareholders? Elon Musk owns the majority of SpaceX and all shareholders bought shares in large part because he has enough control to make big decisions. He recused himself from this one - but let’s look at the SpaceX track record on acquisitions: ♦️Cursor. Needed coding data and enterprise sales team, brilliant engineers. Brought Grok to the top of Coding Leaderboards. Now there is Grok Bot with over 800,000 users and the fastest growing product Elon Musk has seen. ♦️x/xSI. Leasing SI supercompute is now a large part of SpaceX’s earnings (not the bailout that some claimed at all). This track record speaks for itself. SpaceX grows from within. SpaceX only does an acquisition when necessary. The synergies go both ways: ♦️SpaceX wants to stand up a lucrative 10 GW of compute next year - completely impossible without priority access to Tesla’s sold-out-through-2027 Megapacks (optimized Software for buffering compute center loads). ♦️Space bases don’t happen without autonomous vehicles and robots building them. ♦️Inference chips for edge devices? A Tesla design. ♦️AI Space Compute? 100 GW of solar panels annually from Teslas. ♦️Megapods? Tesla superchargers power them…. The list goes on. I am also a SpaceX shareholder, many of the list signers hold both stocks already.
