Been sitting on a plane that's been parked at the gate for over 2.5 hrs. And I've been frustrated about this for roughly 2 hrs. But enough about me... ***Why the hell don't flight attendants take drink orders during delays like this?*** I'm not even sayin serve the drinks. Just take orders like a server. Everyone's sittin here doing absolutely nothing. Why not get a head start? From a business standpoint, I get the idea of airlines wanting to save $$...bc by the time we're actually in the air, many will be asleep and won't even want/need said drink. But like, just take the orders, guys!! If someone snoozes, they looses. (Until they wake up, then they can obvi claim their drink.) Simple efficiency improvement. ...anyway, they've turned off the air since I started writing this post, and it's easily 90 degrees in here. So tbh, I no longer care about operational efficiency. They should prolly just start throwing ice and vodka at us. Ya know, to keep us alive..
