Consensual hookup culture often feels predatory to women because... it is. It preys on women's desire for monogamy and coupling and love, which many believe there's a chance of receiving even after casual sex. Frat bros around America are indebted to Alex Cooper for trying to convince so many women they can and should have sex like men. It's led to men having a lot more casual sex because women choose to have it. That norm is great for dudes, but women often end up feeling preyed upon and exploited because they experience sex differently and just can't — on average — have casual hookups so easily. Cooper preyed on women to make millions by convincing them it was normal to see sex more like men see it. Men who mislead women into having casual sex by dangling the prospect of monogamy prey on women. It doesn't mean women are helpless! And it doesn't mean non-consensual sex is anything short of horrifying and criminal. It just means there's a predatory culture swirling around even consensual hookups too, and it's really dangerous for women.

Its unnecessary for "clean" and monogamous woman until their husband's cheat on them and give them an sti they'd have no reason to believe they'd contracted and thus dont get tested for.

The big idea in conservative thought this week is that "no real American studies for the spelling bee." With Indians every day curing diseases, founding successful businesses, and all around being great citizens and a blessing to the country, this is what they have settled on as their main gripe: Indians are too hard working when it comes to the spelling bee. They actually study for it, while real pure blooded Americans would never do such a thing. This is such a brilliant argument that if true we would have to accept their views on immigration. Nothing could be more important than the sanctity of the spelling bee as a low-effort pastime, and if we have to wait a decade or two to cure cancer to preserve mediocre spelling bee champions, that is a sacrifice we will have to make. The casual spelling bee has now become the fundamental truth on which conservatism rests. But is is true? Shockingly, with the help of a fellow friend of Indians, I've been able to find a series of clips of TV sitcoms from decades past portraying children studying for spelling bees. I've collected them into this thread. First, here's Charlie Brown in 1969 saying he's going to "study the whole dictionary." Sounds like something an Indian would say.

Sridharan I do not bear any ill will towards you personally or Indian, Mexican, middle easterners etc who want to come here. I do however think we’ve reached a kind of crisis point, and I think we need to remove the people here illegally and revoke some visas that should never have been issued. And yes the Haitians we’ve been being in are feral in the sense that they’re are violent not that they are somehow animals. I’m sure a lot of them are nice people as well.
