Ooooh ‘Nkosazana’ my dhiye, your days are numbered!

"Do not vote to protect your privilege. Vote to extend it to others" is the best piece of advice I think any one of us can take with us tomorrow.

“We have a political economy of inefficiency and it’s by design.
We churn out policies like GEAR, RDP, ASGISA, NDP - these give an optical illusion that something is being done.
Where are all these policies today?”

“Phases” in concerts and shows is worst type of greed I’ve seen in a while. 2 people will buy the same ticket but R1000 apart in costs.

My fight with interviews nowadays is how the case study presentation part has turned into candidates offering free consulting services disguised as part of the interview. We’re solving strategic issues and not even getting the jobs 😭

I miss the days when everyone could buy music or a movie and own it. When YouTube had no ads; now we pay not to have ads. When you could go to your local shopping centre and park your car without paying. You bought Microsoft Office and owned it for years. Now you must subscribe. Video games. We had albums; now we pay to store our images. Now, when you fly, you have to pay for a seat, luggage, a drink or a snack while you are in the air. Shopping bags used to be free. Kubi. Kubi. Kubi.
