**Correction, statefarm haven't bought Ting (whiskerlabs) but are their largest customer by far and own an undisclosed share through strategic investment. Amazon bought Ring for $1billion after they made 2m sales not 1m**

If you are targeting 10,000t of cathode per year, by my calcs this would require 10,000 / 2.7% = 370kt / 85% recovery = 435kt/year ore. If the resource is 10-15MT, that's enough for 20-30 years. Can you just mine the high grade portions and increase the output beyond 10ktpa?
