And... that's me, done. The deranged rantings of President Musk have finally pushed me into pulling the plug here. May I wish you all a wonderful 2025. I will see you over where the sky is blue. Thank you, and goodbye.

He also played one of the characters in the highly-underrated SF show 'Space Island One'... * * For which I wrote an episode and storylined two others.
We are saddened to report that actor Angus MacInnes has passed away at the age of 77. He was best known to Star Wars fans for portraying Jon "Dutch" Vander, A.K.A. Gold Leader in ‘A New Hope’ and ‘Rogue One’.

William Hartnell rehearsed? 😁
Episode 35 is out now: youtube.com/watch?v=H3wtfFfd… I'm about to get on a bus in London & I don't realize I'm standing right in front of the exact same building where they rehearsed episodes of #DoctorWho in the 1960s! William Hartnell would have literally rehearsed in this space! 😮

I used to go to the Scala back in the early 1980s to see episodes of The Prisoner and The Avengers (this was in days before DVD box sets and streaming, kids). Used to dream I'd meet a TV fan girl there and fall in love. Happened five years later.
Watched Scala!!! last night, a documentary about London’s Scala cinema. I was lucky enough to be a regular back in my university days. I frequented several very cool indie cinemas, but the Scala was my favourite, and this film captures its unique, anarchic spirit perfectly.

To be fair, American TV of the '70s and '80s is full of people walking into hospital rooms, looking at people on a bed and saying, "He's in a coma," or cops looking at someone running away and saying "He's getting away!"
With all due respect @netflix and @NetflixUK Netflix execs can fuck off Given they're spending stupid amounts for zero return except a shareholder ponzi, we'll take our scripts somewhere with intelligent viewers who can pay attention and where we'll get paid royalties, thanks

A few years back I was in a hotel bar in Washington DC with Jamie Anderson, Adam Nimoy and Eugene Roddenberry. Total attack of imposter syndrome.
One day not long ago, I somehow found myself on a writers panel with the writers of ROGUE ONE, THE TROUBLE WITH TRIBBLES, and THE MARTIAN. My whole day leading up to it was, “Why the **** am I on this panel with these impossibly legendary writers?” Anxiety through the roof. 1/

Can you explain simply why? Unlike the USA, UK parties cannot splurge on TV advertising. What is Musk's money going to be spent on, exactly?
This should concern everyone. The Prime Minister urgently needs to close any loophole’s that might allow foreign billionaires like Elon Musk to bankroll British political parties

Signed straight away. Thanks for alerting us to this.
At the risk of finally creating justice for these poor creatures let us end this horrendous cull in 2025. Please sign this petition. This would be a fabulous Christmas gift. Thank you.

Unless he means that the sea is particularly smelly...
A great idea let down by sloppy writing. James, if you're a captain, begin with "My name is Captain James Darius." The term High sea feels more like something from the golden age of piracy. And it's all too vague. Why contact me? Give me a reason. Make me believe.

Out of context that sounds like something from an H.P.Lovecraft story...
“Above thy deep and dreamless sleep the silent stars go by.” I play O Little Town of Bethlehem.

That's amazing! And there's probably a Doctor Who ring that could've bought as an engagement ring...
Today we had another proposal in store. SHE SAID YES! Congratulations to Igor and his new fiancée. We wish them all the best with their new future together👏🏻💍

Ah, the origin of the classic British road sign...
If you’re *very* good, I’ll sneak down your chimney once a year and make you one of these.

This car is not, as I first thought, on fire. It's the flames from the hotel fireplace reflected in the door. I'm in Solihull. Obvious why I would get confused.
