Maybe I should clarify. I'm not mad OSU isn't ranked. Honestly this will all work itself out when OSU plays Boise State (possibly twice) in November. I just don't think it's ridiculous that to consider ranking them given the way they've decimated the teams they're supposed to

Beavs can't control who they play anymore, but Beat CSU by 30. BYU beat them by 18 Beat WSU by 18. Arizona beat them by 10. Beat SDSU by 52. UCLA beat them by 18. I think OSU has given plenty of reasons for consideration for ranking.

So tell me this @KirkHerbstreit - if the big dogs only play each other, where would that leave a team like Oregon State this year, who appears to be in CFP conversation but wouldn’t be without those games against TTU and Houston? We don’t care because they don’t pull tv ratings?

The ORCA wouldn't be needed if the OSAA would just abolish the Reciprocal agreement leaving the transfer decisions out of the hands of AD's. Family's could then make a decision if it's worth packing up the whole family to move to another district.
