Marc-Andre Fleury robs Hertl net front. He’s been absolutely dialled since the puck dropped in game 5.
This is certainly where it becomes interference, not a good look. However, based on the vulnerable position the goaltender put himself in, and the player naturally fighting to bury home a lose puck, was he really getting to this puck anyway ?
Yes, Plekanec certainly made contact with Lindgren. That being said, how else would he position himself to make contact with the loose puck
With Plekanec still outside the crease, goaltender completely out of position, and the puck laying two feet from the goal line. I think it’s fair to say the battle for this puck is now on
Lindgren fails to control the rebound, puck is now in dangerous ice. Goaltender is now in a vulnerable position due to his own mistake
At the point the puck makes contact with Lindgren, Plekanec is more than a foot outside the crease while the goaltender is outside his posts, well out of position
Re: Disallowed goal on Saturday night. Goaltender Lindgren fails to control this clear sighted long range shot. Save % on this play should be approx 98%, controlling the rebound same number

Congratulations to the players and staff of @HC_Men. To @WojtekWolski86 for his perseverance and dedication to the game, his resilience. So many others throughout the lineup deserving of this once in a lifetime experience. Way to hang in there and fight for Bronze, not easy
